You have 15 days from the day your order arrives to return it. Every piece qualifies, including custom and personalized maps.
To start a return, email contact@unistreets.com with your order number. Send the piece back in its original condition. Return shipping is paid by you. Once the piece arrives back to us, we refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method within 7 business days.
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email a photo to contact@unistreets.com on the day of delivery or any time within your 15-day window. We print and ship a replacement free. No return needed.
