These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of unistreets.com and any purchase from UniStreets, operated by Devcod LLC ("UniStreets", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
UniStreets sells decorative wall art based on hand-drawn street maps of U.S. college-town neighborhoods. Our maps are artistic interpretations, not survey documents: streets, labels, and landmarks are stylized and simplified, and no accuracy is warranted for navigation or any other purpose. Colors on screen may differ from the finished piece.
UniStreets is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or licensed by any university, college, athletic program, or their governing bodies. Our products depict towns and neighborhoods, and color combinations, and do not use any institution's name, logo, seal, or mascot.
All artwork, maps, designs, product images, text, logos, and the site itself are owned by UniStreets or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Buying a piece gives you the physical product only: no copyright or reproduction right transfers. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, download at scale, reverse engineer, print, resell reproductions of, or create derivative works from our artwork or site content without our prior written permission. We enforce these rights, including through takedown and legal action.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: interfering with their operation; using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or collect content; attempting to bypass security or access controls; or using the Services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the shipping address you provided.
Except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Some states do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) neither UniStreets, Devcod LLC, nor their owners, officers, employees, or contractors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or relating to the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility; and (b) our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) if the claim does not relate to a purchase. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UniStreets, Devcod LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your custom-order requests, or your misuse of the Services.
If you have a problem, email contact@unistreets.com first: most issues are fixed quickly under our Refund Policy. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, you and UniStreets agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and UniStreets each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a claim, that claim must proceed in court, with the rest remaining in arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing us within 30 days of your first purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 11.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies linked from this site, are the entire agreement between you and UniStreets about the Services. We may update these Terms at any time; the effective date above reflects the current version, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
